I have only worked out twice since New Year's...so you are now one up on me! :) I am proud of you Kendra, maybe your reminder will motivate me this week!

I didn't know you were wanting to start running....as a (former for now!) runner myself I will say....it is ALOT harder to go in the gym than outside...at least for me. Of course there's not a lot of choice in the wintertime.
There's nothing better than the feeling you get after a run!!! Hope it went great!

Kendra--
Your blog posts are always the best! They really make my day :)
Way to go with going to the gym! Normally I try to walk everyday for excercise, but lately I haven't been doing too swell with that. You motivated me to get back out there! Tomorrow morning I'm going to pound that pavement!
Hope you had a great night.

Kendra I just did my first 5K on Sunday. I walked the first two miles and jogged the end. Tonight I tried to jog a mile and felt clumsy. I did log in 5.1 miles on the treadmill tonight.

Go girl, you can do it! I didn't go to the gym tonight :( But, I went 4 times last week! I just needed a night off. I'm getting my haircut tomorrow at 5:30 & hopefully I'll round up enough energy to hit the gym afterward.
I totally think my sister is trying to make me fat though...she sent me a thing of Godiva chocolate in the mail today & of course it's already gone. AHHH! Haha...j/k :P

I know EXACTLY what you mean!!! I've been twice too! Ha! It is just so hard to get there, so my coworker and I decided to start going to a riverside park near where we work two days a week. I thought that would be better than not at all!
