The other night I had to run to Old Navy to return something I had purchased online that didn't fit right.
While there, I tried on a few things that caught my eye, but decided in the end that there wasn't anything I couldn't live without, so I proceeded to the checkout line, returned my item, had the cashier credit my debit card, and left the store.
On the way out of the store, I seemed to develop some sort of twitch and stopped to ponder what could be causing it...
...and I realized that was the first time during my entire, decade long love affair with Old Navy, I have ever left the store with more money in my bank account than when I came in.
No wonder the universe felt off that day.

"Luke, there's been a disruption in The Force," states Obi-Wan Kenobi.
"It's quiet out there... Too quiet," Sentry/Cowboy on watch.
We were checking out of WinCo the other day, and there was a gal with only one item. I jokingly asked her whether that was "allowed" at Winco. She laughed and pointed to two packs of gum that I didn't see. We all had a good laugh, including the cashier.
