First - this is my son's new favorite book:
He seriously loves it. He requests it every single night before bed.
Second - it's my birthday tomorrow. The big 3-1. Confession: I used to be a total child about my birthday. And not just the day, the whole week. I've been known to make grandiose statements like "I can't unload the dishwasher --- it's my birthday week!".
While I still pretty much behave like an 8 year old about my birthday, since the twins have come I miraculously care a whole lot less about my birthday and a whole lot more about theirs! It's exactly two weeks after mine, and I've had a ridiculous amount of fun planning their party.
Besides, I pretty much got the best birthday gift ever two years ago, when our twins hit the 36 week mark safely. It doesn't get much better than that!!

Happy birthday!!! You have the same birthday as my sister-in-law!
I used to be kind of bratty about my birthday, too. But after having Noah (coming up in 17 days will be my third birthday with him out in this world) I really don't care at all. He was my 11-day-early birthday present. Best one ever:)
HAPPY, HAPPY BIRTHDAY to you sweet Kendra! I hope your day is amazing!! :)
Happy Birthday, Darling.
Glad Luke is interested in biology.
Love, DAD
