On Saturday we took advantage of the GORGEOUS weather we had here and met up with some family to hike Multnomah Falls. It was stunningly beautiful, and we had a great time.
First, we geared up for some sun...
Family pic at the top!
Luke and Dave peering over the top of the falls...
David wore Luke in the Kelty Backpack and I wore Abbey in the Ergo on the way up, and then we switched babies on the way down. Luke fell asleep which was just precious because this boy is busy most days and I sure loved the cuddle time =)...
When we got home Dave and his dad settled in to watch the Giants game for a bit. I can't remember what exactly happened, but at one point I noticed an expression on Bruce or David's face (I honestly can't remember which one) that looked just like Luke's angry face. So, naturally, I made them all pose for a generational shot of the Hoffman Scowl...
HA!

Looks like you guys had a very nice, relaxing, enjoyable hike :) How awesome!
PS--the kids look so stinkin' cute in their shades!
Oh my gosh, that last picture is TO DIE for.
I, too, love the shades. Can't wait for some fun in the sun with my favorite babies this summer. :)
Great generational picture.
Very fun! I am jealous you have such a beautiful area with a waterfall to hike near your home!
That last picture is PRICELESS! :)
Wow- what a beautiful place! Love that last picture! :P
How fun and what a beautiful day!!!! :)
I miss the days when the girls would fall asleep in our slings. What a treat that you got to experience that with sweet Luke on your hike :)
Cool shades.
I love the Hoffman Scowl photo, too.
LOVE,
GRAND DAD
