What's that?
Yep, it's exactly what it looks like.
In order to help keep the crankies away while attempting to keep Luke & Abbey up an extra hour until nap time (Dear Day Light Savings- you suck) I may or may not have let them sit for AN HOUR in front of the Television watching "Play With Me Sesame".
Well I may not actually win Mother Of The Year, truly, it's an honor just to be nominated.

HAHA!! I love your techniques! I would vote for you!! Agreed, about the time change!
Oh heavens, if you're kicking your mother behind over this, I apparently should be arrested.
They look quite intrigued!
Kendra, I hate to tell you this, but by the time they're four you'll be like, they only watched tv for an hour. I did pretty well today. ;)
And what else can you do when you're in the No Man's Land of what should be nap time? I mean, really?
Not crazy about Daylight Savings/Standard Time shifts. What a waste of time. And, really tough on parents of little kiddo's.
Extra screen time is the remedy to getting kiddo's to deal with time shift. Ya play the cards you're dealt, and use the tools available. You and Dave are GREAT parents.
LOVE,
GRAND DAD
I won't lie, I LOVE day light savings. But that's just because I appreciate the extra hour of homework time and don't have two children (or any children, to be exact). I think you're a phenomenal mother and I am so blessed to have the opportunity to witness your mad crazy skills before I start reproducing myself.
I love you!
I don't think you did anything wrong girl!
By the way, they look so cute sitting there in those cool, little chairs! :)
Made me smile. I, too, dislike the semi-annual time changes. And although "they" may say to limit TV watching, in the real world, you have to add the words "when possible".
Girl, you do what you gotta do--no shame there!!!
Only an hour? We watched at least 2 today! Ha!
I may or may not have done the same thing on Sunday with Baby Signing Time... two episodes in a row. I plead the 5th!
