18 weeks!

Yup- there are two little babies growing in that belly!!

As to what's growing in my butt, I have no idea.

I can't believe we are at 18 weeks already. It's so exciting! And what's crazy to think about is if our goal is to make it to 36 weeks, we are HALF WAY THERE!! Whoa. Now that I can hardly believe. We hope to at least make it to 36 weeks, and anything after that is just icing on the cake for us. Prayers for icing appreciated. =)

I have felt both the babies move and wow....it's indescribable. The ultrasound tech said I would feel Abbey much sooner and more often because of where her placenta is. Luke's is between him and I so there is more "padding" to soften his movements. I felt Abbey a ton today and I just could not stop smiling!

"You turned my mourning into dancing; you removed my sackcloth and clothed me with joy, that my heart may sing to you and not be silent. O Lord my God, I will give you thanks forever".
Psalms 30:10-12

If I didn't love you, I'd resent you.

I know you'll get bigger eventually, but you look FANTASTIC, Kendra. Just radiant.

Got your text, but was a crazy day. I'll update you on all after my appt at 10:30 tomorrow.

Hugs.

Awww Kendra you're TINY! I can't believe there are 2 1/2 way cooked babies in there.

Isn't feeling them move the best? I'm so excited to follow your journey :-)

YOU LOOK AMAZING!!!! I just teared up reading this and hearing them talked about BY NAME! Just think....God has known who they were and when they would be in your belly this WHOLE TIME. What a miracle! I am just blessed, blessed, BLESSED by the whole thing!!!! Enjoy every second!!!
I loved feeling both Connor and AK when they were in the belly....Connor was like Luke, though, and his placenta was "padding" his movements. Not Avery Kate, though...she was a movement machine and it was AWESOME.
Love you so much!!!!

Kendra--your "butt" comment is too stinkin' funny (even though it's not true!!) I think you look amazing and your belly is too cute :)
I'm so happy that you can feel the babies moving. There is just nothing in the world like that feeling. Every single time Jeven kicked, I enjoyed it...no kidding. Even in the middle of the night, or at times really hard in my ribs, I enjoyed it! I can't imagine feeling two. I'm just so happy for you Kendra!!!!
Sending lots of love your way :)

Kendra, you look GREAT. Your comment about what's growing in your butt, though, cracked me up. There's a Sat Night Live skit where she's pregnant - completely carrying the baby - in her butt. It is hysterical - you can find it on youtube (that's where I saw it), if you're interested.

So happy for you.

Well, for my two-cents worth of what's growing in your butt - COUNTER BALANCE! Okay, okay. Those that know me know that I'm weird.

Love reading about you and your babies. Keeps me from spending too much of my day thinking about chemo treatments.

And I will reiterate the others - YOU LOOK GREAT!!!!!
