Hey, it's Lauren from Are We There Yet. Thanks for giving me another blog to follow!:) And I'm with you - it always makes me feel better when someone else's kids aren't sleeping well because when everyone talks like their kids are the greatest sleepers ("Oh, all I have to do is put my son down and he puts himself to sleep for 11 hours straight every night! And he has 2 hour naps 3 times a day!") I feel like I'm, like, a terrible mother!!

I have someone coming on my blog lately who's telling me she thinks Noah wakes up because he's hungry and SHE does this and that and the other thing and HER baby sleeps straight through the night every night and has great naps every day.

Ummm, congratulations? Are you bragging? Trying to tell me you're a better mother than me? Trying to tell me you have a better kid than me? Trying to tell me you know my kid better than I do? Did you even read my post? I don't think so.

Apparently I need to force feed Noah solids and THAT will make him sleep at night. She says all this after the post she's commenting on clearly explained that a)he is not hungry when he gets up at night and sometimes flat out refuses to nurse because he has no desire to eat, b) when he does eat solids he won't eat that much BECAUSE HE'S NOT HUNGRY, and c)solids, even in small amounts, have made him incredibly constipated so he apparently isn't ready for them even though he's 7 months old.

I love when other people tell you what they think is wrong with your baby. It's one thing to say "Have you tried..." if you've never mentioned that you HAVE tried that. It's another thing to say "I think your baby is waking up because he's hungry."

I think you're not the one who lives with him!

lol, okay sorry for the rant! Thanks for stopping by! I hope your little ones start sleeping for you!!!

So cute they are! I can't believe they are already 7 months!! Wow! You are doing so great...well both you and your hubby!

BTW I thought of you yesterday when another mom from Josiah's class told me she had triplets, age 1...all boys and identical...then to put the cherry on top she also has a 7 year old by and 5 year old girl! You moms of twins, triplets and more give me encouragement!
